Individual Counseling

Individual counseling provides a confidential space to explore emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal concerns. We work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, and stress, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with purpose.

Family Counseling

Family counseling supports families as they navigate complex relationships, transitions, and stressors. Sessions may include parents, children, or the entire family system, with the goal of improving communication, strengthening connection, and creating healthier patterns within the family.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling focuses on improving communication, understanding relational patterns, and addressing sources of conflict or disconnection. We help couples navigate challenges such as trust, life changes, emotional distance, and unresolved conflict while working toward healthier, more effective relationships.

Teen & Adolescent Counseling

Adolescent counseling helps teens manage emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges in a supportive and structured environment. We work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, academic stress, family conflict, and identity development, while also supporting parents as needed.
